Research & production
for the next generation of herbal vaporization.

We design, prototype, and manufacture vaporization hardware from a volcanic island in the Atlantic — combining thermodynamics, materials science, and industrial design.

A modern, vertically-integrated team working from concept to product.

Most of what we make never carries our name. We act as a research & development company and a manufacturer for brands building thoughtful, well-engineered vaporization devices.

01 / Research

Thermal & airflow engineering

Heater geometries, convection modeling, sensor-driven temperature control. We build benches and instruments to measure what marketing copy usually skips.

02 / Industrial design

Hardware that earns its weight

Form, materials, and tactile detail developed alongside the engineering — not on top of it. Honest objects, built to be repaired.

03 / Production

Small-batch manufacturing

Pilot runs, jig design, supplier qualification, and quality assurance from our Madeira facility — with the discipline of a much larger operation.

A subtropical island built by volcanoes and softened by the Atlantic.

Madeira is 750 square kilometres of basalt, laurel forest, and microclimates, sitting halfway between Lisbon and Morocco. The island's mild year-round weather, fiscal autonomy, and proximity to Europe make it an unusually good base for a high tech development and manufacturing.

Climate 19.6°C Average annual temperature in Funchal — subtropical, mild year-round.
Connectivity 1.5h to Lisbon Direct flights to 30+ European cities. EU customs and Schengen zone.
Lifestyle MIBC Madeira allows year round enjoyement of outdoor activities and sunshine.

We treat vaporization as an engineering discipline — not a consumer-tech trend.

The category is full of devices that prioritize appearance over evidence. We do the opposite: build slowly, measure honestly, and only ship hardware we would carry ourselves.

01 Measured, not marketed. Every claim we make about a device is something we can put on an oscilloscope or a gas chromatograph.
02 Materials matter. Food-contact stainless, medical-grade silicone, ceramic where it earns its place. No shortcuts on the air path.
03 Built to be opened. Serviceable assemblies, documented spare parts, firmware you can read. Longevity is a design choice.
04 Small on purpose. We stay small so the people doing the work are the people making the decisions. It shows in the product.

Come build hardware on a small island, with people who care about it.

We hire engineers, designers, and makers who would rather own a problem end-to-end than specialise themselves into a corner. Madeira is the office; relocation support is available for the right people.
